Fresh, sweet pineapple. Yum. This is pineapple #2 in less than a week. It will be sliced and diced tonight.
B&Js Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream. This stuff is heaven. If it were plain old strawberry cheesecake flavored ice cream, I wouldn't care. This has fat swirls of graham cracker crumbs. Drooooooooool.
Equinox Yoke Pullover. Before you all talked me off the sweater knitting while pregnant ledge, I was thisclose to ordering up all the yarn for this baby. I'm thinking maybe I can knit a Mariah with stash yarn instead? I cannot kick the sweater knitting craving at all, and besides, aren't we preggos supposed to indulge our cravings?
When I was pregnant with Aaron, I couldn't get enough watermelon. Huuuuge bowls full every morning for breakfast. I started feeling guilty for clearing out the salad bar at work . . . :) Yum on the ice cream! I've got some Cherry Garcia in the fridge, but I might have to go the cheesecake route when it's gone. I say knit on! Preggos are all about creating and nurturing--what better than knitting a sweater?
i say go for it. if nothing else, it will be a wonderful project to work on while you wait out the rest of your term! and, i really love that sweater, but do not have the shoulders to wear it, so i would love to see you do it!
The pineapple craving cancels out the fat and calories from the Ben and Jerry's, right? The ice cream sure does sound good... If you do end up knitting a sweater, I think Mariah would be a good route to take. I made one a couple of years ago, and actually wore it (usually unzipped) while pregnant. Somehow it managed to stretch to accomodate my big belly. If you already have the yarn in the stash, I say go for it!
Hehehe, when I was pregnant with my Son (yikes, 19 years ago!) We lived only blocks from a Ben and Jerry's Ice cream parlor! I visited there often in my last few months on my way home from work!
I just love the little pea pod sweater! So very cute!

I was just looking at that equinox Yoke pullover yesterday, thinking about when I could make it! I love that sweater.
That's a great sweater. A cardi is a good route.
Oh man, I want some of that ice cream NOW. And I can't even justify it with a pregnancy!
Oh, great. Thanks for making me want that ice cream.
A cardi will be better for nursing, right? And easier to slip out of when you get spit-up upon. ;-)
Mariah is gorgeous... all those lovely cables. Nice choice!
have yu tried b&j black and tan ice cream? it should be illegal. knit what you want, you should indulge in your every whim :-)
