Heads up for Moms- to-Be
How to entertain a small baby :
1. Lay baby on her back on the floor
2. Stand over her
3. Split and pre-draft multicolored roving
4. (optional) Sing silly songs
Because I know I will get asked - the fiber is merino, dyed by methis morning in a rush to have something to spin that doesn't need close attention at tonight's spinning group.

How fabulous that the baby is entertained by predrafting fiber! The color you dyed is lovely.
Pretty stuff! And the yarn from the last post is just gorgeous!
great colors!
wow! how did you dye it and get it dried so fast? and with a baby in the house?
This is good entertainment. Hopefully, watching you predraft fiber will encourage her to spin when she gets older.
Those look like giant rosy peaches or something equally as wonderful. :) Balls the color of pure happiness, I tell you.
Sounds great, I'll have to try that! My little daughter loves watching my spindle as I spin. I'm really thankful that they can be so easy to entertain sometimes.
Oh my...............that roving is scrumptious! Enjoy spinning it!
Oh wow, that's gorgeous fiber! So summery... it reminds me of fruit salad. The really good kind. ;-)
Pretty! That's great that she's cool with the fiber. How long before she starts grabbing at it?
lucky baby! looks like a bowl of fuzzy peaches :-)
OMG, I just HAVE to announce my sillines...when I seen the "methis morning" regarding the dying of your fiber...my tooth is so sore that I didn't realize it ACTUALLY was "ME THIS" morning and I GOOGLED it ROFLMAO LOL....can't believe myself sometimes. I just thought I'd share how silly I am, I hope it gives you a chuckle!!!
